Pros

Decent pay, and you'll most likely get your 40 hours per week if that's what your after.

Cons

Benefits aren't actually benefits here, no 401k match. No employee rewards, for good production numbers. They have their busy and very slow times of the year, on one hand you'll get forced to work overtime and on the other they'll send you home constantly and you wont get your 40 hours. When interested in climbing up the ladder in positions within the company, they'll listen to you but they won't actually give you the tools or the needed help for that pathway. No actual career pathway, they already have handpicked people that they favor. A solid example, family members of current or past leadership team members. All in all, this place is great for entry level people who want to dip their toes in the production world or for the current 50 year old people who can't leave because they can't get a job anywhere else and they have worked there for far too long and nothing to show for it.

Pros

Steady work throughout the year. Overtime opportunities

Cons

Raises are rare. Seems like benefits are becoming less and less.
