Pros

People are accommodating and helpful. Training methods are efficient, thorough, and effective. Overtime pay and night differential are included. Company takes care of benefits well; processes are clear-cut.

Cons

Growth as a designer is limited. Though there is a lot to learn from training, most of it is technical experience. Design critiquing and feedback needs improvement. The salary I received was also low for the workload I was given.
