Lots of overtime and its REQUIRED. You HAVE to 50% over time when they ask and they ask every weekend so you will get four days off a month.
Cons
The people. Operators will run packers fast because they are mad or "have to make their numbers." There are people who make it their job to rat on people for simply sitting down for a break yet they do it to. Company pretends to care about what the workers think.
