Pros

Left making $18.87. First shift is 6am-2:30pm. Good people.

Cons

Work every single day in the 4th quarter. Don't expect your vacation time to be approved then. High turnover because the majority of employees are temps. Benefits are almost nonexistent.

Pros

Provide me with digital skills. They did work in equipping with the skills I needed to succeed in digital operations. For that, I am grateful to them

Cons

Bad morale and basically wanted your soul. The benefits were not that good. I would’ve put up with all of that but when they switched us to twelve hour days, that sealed it for me and many others. It literally destroyed morale

Pros

Consistent work and it did teach me much about digital printing . My hours were consistent and there was plenty of opportunities for overtime. My first nine years were great working there.

Cons

Benefits were not good. They stopped matching 401K. In the ten years I worked there, I only received two raises at 1% increases. Meanwhile my benefits cost went up. I would've put up with all this by when new management too over in St. Charles, they rearranged our schedules and started treating the workers with a "sweatshop" mentality, it was time to leave. Many employees are looking for ways to get out of there.
