Pros
There is nothing like "Pros" to work for this company. You get very little money every month in the name of "salary" that is less than what the housekeeping staff get (literally) and it is just sufficient for 2 square meals a day for one person in the cheapest hotel in town. Employees are treated like commodities for the simple reason that labour is very cheap in Chennai and available in abundance. So they do not care about employee wellbeing. This is a US company that set shop in Chennai some 2.5 decades ago just to maximise profits by exploiting the cheap labour available in Chennai.
Cons
“Facilities” are marketed in this company to employees in the name of “benefits”. They provide free lunch (for night shift alone) and free transport (again, for night shift alone), but most employees think these are “benefits”. Actually, these are not “benefits” but just “facilities” to help you work better. If you do not work for this company, you don’t need “facilities” like food at 1.00 am (in the middle of the night) or free transport at odd hours. Benefits include a good salary, bonus and rewards, which are a far cry for this company. Also, they make you work for up to 16 hours a day in some teams, and most of the managers and business leaders are incompetent and driven by attitude. I wasted 3 years of my life and career in this company.
