Pros

Some amazing people work there

Cons

Company president has no use for the easily replaceable sheep. No 401k match, very poor insurance, they took away the Winshare as soon as we were eligible for it and said the money had to offset the losses of the other plants. Turnover rate is 70% and you wonder why??
