Cons
This is by far the worst company out there. They lie, cheat and disrespect their employees. They think the employees are robots and the pay SUCKS! The project manager isn't bright at all and will only look out for herself- she does not care about anyone, just numbers. RRD appears to be a great company while you're in the interview; however, after you start, you will begin to see that is was all a bunch of bull. People please steer clear of this "company." There is NO BONUS although they will tell you there is, NO 401K MATCH although they tell you there is, there is no real vacation (5 days) although in the contract it says 2 weeks (you'll have to work there for about 10 years before you see 4 weeks vacation when most companies start with that!) The managers want you to do their work for them and then disrespect you if you stand up for yourself. STAY AWAY FROM RRD!!!!!
