Learning curve. Company can be accommodating on occassion regarding remote work.

Cons

Obsolete HR management rules, obsolete corporate mentality, constant pressure from the management, impossible workload (no matter how good your time maangement skills are), expectatations to stay overtime on regular basis.

Pros

Interesting markets that they are in. Trying to come to grips with how to market in an an operations environment. Was an interesting time and lots of good, smart people were brought in. Unfortunately didn't last.

Cons

Company was undergoing a lot of change. Not very committed to marketing, very tumultuous time. Very sales and operation driven culture.

Pros

My direct VP was excellent, and I learned a lot from him. The product was exciting, and starting a business from scratch is always a great learning experience.

Cons

We started the business inside the UPS logistics facility, and their rules of engagement are stifling. Horrible environment. In addition, our entire workforce up to Supervisor level was provided by a temp agency. In other words, we had an all outsourced labor force. Not the best situation to create a team environment.
