      The good seems to be that they do everything "by the books".

      Cons

      The health insurance is a disgrace. You have to spend over $4,000 before the "benefit" of having health insurance comes into play. Pray to not get sick.

      Pros

      Stable company that attracts best of breed talent. Collegial atmosphere where everyone is supportive and promotes each other's success, which is unusual in a company this size. Compensation is commiserate with contributions, expertise and positive attitude.

      Cons

      Not so much a con is you are OK with change, but change is constant. The company is always trying new things and moving with the changes in its clients needs and the ever changing way we communicate. Positions, roles and locations you work are subject to change which also offers opportunity.
