They offer a Family friendly work environment There is a strong focus on safety Advancement opportunities are there... but also see cons Affordable insurance

Cons

While there are advancement opportunities, there is a 'good ol boys' network which makes it impossible to move up Pay doesn't match same positions in the market No 401k match

Management is very approachable. Family oriented. Flexible.

Expensive Insurance. Raises are VERY minimal if any and every gets the same percentage regardless of experience or workload.

Opportunities for various roles as there is constant change and layoffs which can work out in someone's favor if they kiss butt enough.

Cons

Management stinks ... lazy, no follow through, not honest, not loyal. What was once a good company is now garbage ... Many, many, many, long stressful hours and nothing given back to the hardworking employees. MANY layoffs ... and days later new hires walk through the door. CEO will pay visits and say all is great and then two weeks later ... BAM, another layoff.
