      What I'm referring here pertains only to my domain (Market Research & Presales) # Good working culture # Was fortunate to have a great Team Lead, Managers and VP # Scope for learning # Empathetic and understanding management # Had the privilege to meet and interact with some iron-willed women # Encourage our views and ideas

      Cons

      # Alternate shifts that changes every month: Early morning, Noon and Night. Difficult for women as their bio-clock goes for a toss. # Too much work pressure

      Good company if insurance and 401 K matching is not important to you.

      Pros

      Most of the managers are very nice and do not micromanage. Possibility of summer hours. You can pick your hours you would like to work.

      Cons

      Pay is the not best. There is no 401 k match. The insurance is expensive. The raises for the past two years was 1 percent.
