      Pros

      Great coworkers, reasonable technology, relaxed atmosphere, hourly pay (allows for nice overtime if busy), great variety in work.

      Cons

      Unpredictable hours, much confusion in actual responsibilities and duties, very old building with uncertain plumbing and water quality, no one is ever sure exactly what they are doing.

      Good Co-workers, Stable work environment.

      Cons

      Poor compensation, bonuses, raises, etc. Old school mentality that does not translate to modern times in a positive way (limited work from home, dress code, etc.). Slow to adapt. Lots of "dead wood" employees. Hard to advance if you show aptitude in your current position. Very little perks.
