      Pros

      Have a lot of training programs to upskill yourself, provide food and beverages but of an average quality but still no deductions from the salary, eligible for yearly bonus which is a bit beneficial even if the salary like is not tha t good.

      Cons

      Internal politics, though from outside they talk about more diversity, employee engagement and growth but the management does not contribute for our career growth and it depends on individual interests.
