Pros

Easy job with mindless work. Talking to the other workers helps the day go by faster

Cons

Horrible compensation with no upward mobility for older workers. Not allowed to sit down unless you are at lunch, which is 30 min. of the 8 hour day. Inconsistent scheduling, some weeks they force you to do overtime, other weeks they call you off

Pros

Most of the people are nice. Other than that, there isn't anything good about the company. It's a printing company, what do you expect.

Cons

1. The worst benefits plan. 2. Avoid finance department. 3. Very small merit increase, less than 1%. 4. Laughable bonus amount. 5. 2weeks vacation to start. Less than 8 days of holidays and 2 floating holidays. 6. Always in cost cutting mode. 7. Yearly one major acquisition. 8. Technology stays in year 2000. 9. Unless your laptop is no longer functioning, you are stuck with what you have or they will give you a refurbished. 10. Over worked and under paid.

Pros

Professional Team Good Work Culture Work Infrastructire is good.

Cons

Chennai office: The main con of this company is the Mandatory Employee Bond which they will sign with you for the minimum period of 1.5 years. In your tenure they pay you very less salary say $200 Per month which does'nt even sufficient to run a normal life in India. They will make you work in 24/7 Shifts. Sometimes you may asked to do 9 hr shifts and work on saturdays too They really dont care about employee's health or recruiting more workforce. Work life balance is very poor. The experience you aquire in your tenure is fit for nothing. Reccommmend to a Friend: Hell No
