      Company is good for someone looking for a long term stable job.

      Cons

      Advancement in position and pay may require to move to other department. Everything is so departmentalized, so it takes long to complete anything.

      Pros

      A break that you can split up into however you want to use it. Lunch at your desk. Personally, I hate taking lunches, I think they are a waste of time. I like that I can eat whenever I want and then take a break for a few minutes to step outside.

      Cons

      Only a temp job unfortunately.
