1. Work life balance 2. You will not feel high work pressure as most of the work is going to be useless.

Pros

Initially when I started working here, I felt I was hired at a decent rate and was glad for the opportunity for overtime. Back then there was a real "family" feel to working here. There was a sense of pride to say you worked for RR Donnelley.

Cons

In the early 2000s, things started to change and it became less of a "family" and more corporate mindset. Jobs were outsourced, workload has tripled, but not the salary. Every year we are told "thanks for your hard work. But sorry, a raise is not in the budget". You are a number here. Unless you are friends with someone in the position of power or screw someone else over, you will just work hard and get nowhere.

Pros

Do your work and you will be rewarded financially and have autonomy in your work. Almost everyone is very nice and conscientious.

Cons

There is not much camaraderie among peers or across departments.
