      Love/Hate Job, Company is becoming a dinosaur

      Pros

      Loved the schedule. I worked 12 hour shifts, 3 days on and 4 days off. In the busy season there was all the overtime you wanted.

      Cons

      In the slow season you couldn't pay your bills on the hours you worked. The rotating schedule made it impossible to get a part time job to supplement. And forgot trying to go back to college, the schedule would not permit it.

      Pros

      Friendly, encouraging people to work with, and good work environment. Didn't feel stressed about too much overtime since they seemed to be properly staffed. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Decent pay to start with, but minimal pay increases. Little room for advancement. I just didn't stay here long because I felt I wasn't getting a good "return" on what I was investing in the company.

      Pros

      as long as you come to work on time you will not lose your job.

      Cons

      it s a huge place, therefore too much hierarchy.. you might get overlooked for the job that you do.. poor benefits.
