The people (not Sr. Mgmt) are the best reason to work there, lots of variety in work, lots of projects to get involved in
Cons
Sr. Management does not care about the employees, constantly rising benefit costs pushed to employees via premium increases or deductible increases, no 401k match and unable to contribute max to 401k plan due to inability to meet discrimination testing. No salary increases as part of merit process for VP population for 8+ years, yet, Sr. Management gets increases while company continues its downward slide.
