      Top Printing Company. 30 plants or more all over USA and Europe Print books , magazines, Direct mail, financial and brochures

      Cons

      Got to be too corporate. All they seem to care about is getting bigger. Keep buying companies and laying off loyal people.

      Pros

      Opportunity to get hands on experience across a wide range of products. My immediate manager fostered a true team approach. lack of "silos" between IT diciplines (Networking talks to Wintel and Messaging without alot of red tape.

      Cons

      Benefits cut - no pension - Health insurance copy way up. Sr. management seems more concerned with stock price then employees (at least that is how I perceive it).

      Pros

      Very laid back, family oriented environment. There are people who have been there for 30 to 40 years. They recognize when good work has been done and will compensate you for it. RRD takes good care of their people.

      Cons

      Poor benefits package. That's pretty much it.
