      Pros

      * Very good pay * Lots of OT if you want it * Convenient commute * Great way to gain skills in CS; i.e. handling difficult customers, getting acclimated to very tight deadlines

      Cons

      * Very expensive but poor health benefits * Management (especially LOCAL management) do not care about the people -- only the numbers * HR not trustworthy -- don't go to them about anything you see as a problem. The retribution is fierce * No work/personal life balance. I've seen employees with young children work 70+ hours because they fear losing their job. Management holds the current lay-off atmosphere over everyone's head
