      Good place to start but opportunity limited

      Pros

      Most center around current boss. He is very flexible and provides good leadership. Also, provides the opportunity to live in a great place for families.

      Cons

      Company provides a limited growth and provides poor increases annually. Three of the 11 years I have worked here, there has bee no increase and many other years it is limited 1-3 %

      Pros

      Stable, old company with deep roots.

      Cons

      Back stabbing, spineless managers. Have the leadership of a chimpanzee. No support from supervisors. Trying to get help from management to solve issues is bothering them, wasting their time. "Open Door" policy, yea right. They use anything you say against you. Don't apply, I've been there 5 years too long.

      Pros

      Many good co-workers, most everyone wants to see it succeed, but upper management just seems to be afraid to ask corporate for any support. I guess it is the way of the corporate world. See no evil, speak no evil, /but employees talk about evil on deaf ears.

      Upper management. That sums it up.
