Work culture is poor Quality Assurance Process is poooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Experience from here is useless because the Testing Metrics and Domain knowledge u gain here is not followed anywhere. No methodology followed here on testing!! Testing means soft proofing here!! Exposure towards Automation tools and emerging trends is Zero!! One have to deal with lot of internal politics!! Evaluating performance of employee is ridiculous!! Only managers pets can survive here ;) Managers response for your questions regarding salary increment and performance will always ends employees as looser.
