big company, you need to be resourceful and realize there are many support layers in place to help you and drive various company initiaitives. If you are the type of individual that has issues being creative, thinking outside the box and have very little patience, this is not the company for you. They are in a stressed economy and are making aggressive moves that might not always benefit every single division equally across the board.
