Not a safe and Professional Environment for Women specifically in IT SL
Pros
Nothing to say about anything
Cons
I worked in IT Operations during the 2017-2018 period in both WTC & Savoy facilities. During my tenure with RRD, it was unpleasant and very stressful. The IT management was very toxic ,office politics, and corruption among the IT and admin staff. They boast about women empowerment and being an equal opportunity provider in social media ,but the reality is completely opposite. Specifically within the SL IT department, I faced biased gender discrimination, sexism, and harassment from my colleagues. Especially no shame in IT management. If you complain to HR, the IT manager and team leads will ensure you have a hard time until you voluntarily resign. Furthermore, they removed my access during the notice period without proper HR involvement. The past HR and admin team also supported this injustice. The elephant in the room was both teams were corrupted. As a US-based MNC, you should be ashamed of yourselves for being ignorant and allowing this to happen. My humble advice is that qualified female systems engineers and IT professionals should steer clear of this company due to the unfavorable conditions and lack of support for their professional growth. As a reputed MNC, you should create a safe and professional environment for women practically.
