Pros

I found working at this location extremely enjoyable. I no longer needed a gym membership if I challenged myself at work. Your pay rate is based off of how much you produce so if focus on getting a workout in you effectively make more money. My co-workers and immediate managers during my time were wonderful sweet people who like to joke and have fun. They are also understanding when you are having a hard time. If there is no overtime work lets out at 2pm so you still have a whole day afterwards. Even with overtime you get out at 4pm.

Cons

Work starts at 6am, overtime is mandatory. Some jobs can be very repetitive and keep you standing in one place for a long time while completing repetitive hand motions which could become painful. Upper management does not always manage the jobs coming into the warehouse with employee's time in mind. Sometimes no work for two days, then two days of 10 hours, then a 4 hour day.

Pros

Great training on Microsoft suite that carry’s over to next career.

Cons

Note that hourly wage is 37.5 paid hours per week because of unpaid 30 minute lunches.

Fine, but underpaid and understaffed

Pros

Decent benefits, most of the time I found it to be a good community

Cons

Lacks formal training, what is instituted is only just now getting off the ground, the salary is below the average, and management is generally at the whim of the companys we outsource for (meaning lack of standards)
