Excellent co-workers that are hard working and dependable for the most part. Compassionate senior management within the field. Flexible work schedule for some.
Cons
No flexibility to work schedule for others. Lack of work/life balance - The Company continues to ask employees to take on more and more while they continue to cut more positions and downsize their workforce on an already understaffed workforce. This is common in every facility that I have exposure to which was many. Benefits are far too expensive. Raises of 1% annually do little to motivate a workforce that already has low morale. They recently took away the annual bonus incentive which paid out very minimal if anything, anyway. There is no 401K match. Same story constantly - We have to cut spending, workforce, hours, benefits, etc.... Yet, they want more and more output. Frustrating at all levels except those that are disconnected with operations. The buildings are run down with leaking roofs and restrooms that don't work. Little to no investment to facilities, equipment, systems, upgrades, maintenance, etc... It is a break/fix (for as cheap as possible) mentality.
