Only the good people you're in the trenches with. That is all.
Cons
This is a top down organization run by a puppet manager that can't string a sentence together, let alone know how the work gets done and what it takes to do it. Employees are doing the job of 3-4 people wherever you look. This is a punitive company where "write-ups" are "positive communication." A lack of diversity, respect of any kind, nonexistent communication; people killing themselves in the eye of utter and daily chaos (two of the floor managers have had heart attacks at a young age), the inability to order supplies that can't be done without. All the lovely attributes of RRD.
