The infrastructure is poorly set up, often leading to inappropriate leveling, which directly affects pay and mobility within the company. Resources are tapped beyond max in an effort to save money, but compensation is on the mid-low end with very poor increase/bonuses over the past few years.

Pay is the not best. There is no 401 k match. The insurance is expensive. The raises for the past two years was 1 percent.
