      Pros

      They have insurance , 401 K and paid vacation

      Cons

      Raises are not good. Need more for current employees instead of hiring in inexperienced workers for hirer wage. There is a loop in the system that prevents current employees from getting a Significant raise increase.

      Pros

      Good pay. good people at the plant where I worked. This is a global employer that strives to be the best.

      Cons

      -Insurance totally funded by employees. -When RR Donnelley took over after the buyout, all company funded events for employees were stopped. Annual company picnic--annual Dinner Dance--but especially the little Christmas Party for all the children when Santa came to visit. -Pay scales were not even. Persons with less ability were paid more money.

      Pros

      Good wages, good insurance. Most of the co-workers friendly. Could have been a great place to work if human resource would have stopped people from bullying in there.

      Cons

      Don't bother going to human resource with an issue because it will not be taken care of. Some workers can do no wrong and others can do no right/
