You work 12 hour shifts Monday-Wednesday and every other Sunday. 4 Days off, 3 days on, and vice versa the following week.

Cons

Management is okay. They don't exactly do the things the way they need to do, properly. It's always a mess there because Management just has no clue what they are doing.
