Pros
Some of the benefits improved with in the last year. They added 401k matching, Some flexibility in your schedule.
Cons
Management tends to overpromise without having the full picture of what needs to be done. The workload is too great and lack of planning is terrible. The technology and technology support is frustrating. You feel like you are on a sinking ship and everyone is running around just to stay afloat. The morale is low and lots of doom and gloom attitudes. Very little is done to by management to make the workplace feel controlled and managed. Work processes are on the fly many times just to keep up with changing demands due to promises made.
