Pros
Work Culture: I found the work culture of RRD to be very great. It's more like a family. You can come anytime, go anytime as long as you are completing your tasks on time and are in the good books of superiors and of course you have to maintain the standard floor timings as any other office. Also if you have proven your work, you will get lots of support from your superiors.
Cons
Growth will be very less, as there is tough competition inside for promotions.
