      Sketchy at Best

      Pros

      The work was easy enough. It was diverse and inclusive. Plenty of parking. Can go off campus for breaks and lunches. Plenty of places around for food and shopping.

      Cons

      I was constantly sexually harassed and followed around by two employees. Nothing was done about it. The work flow was not very consistent. We were made to work in other areas and train new hires for no extra compensation. We were told right before the end of shift if we had to come in two hours early the following day, so no work-life balance. High turnover rate. The pay was not great in the first place. Then, we were told that it was temporary and was going back down by $2/hr.

      Pros

      Great people. Long term employees stayed on despite being shafted over the years. Over time for the ambitious.

      Cons

      Long hours. Dying product market with the potential to reign in a new area of manufacturing which isn't being developed as it should. On boarding new employees at close to same rate of pay as the 30+ years employees are making - seems fair, right?

      Racist. PCA plant is arrange as segregation. Blacks on side and whites on the other.
