*Corporate is hands off which leads to racial issues being in the dark. *When corporate is aware of the issues, they lead an investigation and ghost employees after hearing their story.

Very outdated atmosphere and policies. Expected to other duties that are not part of your job and get no extra pay. Never get raises.
