Managers and leaders in ECC team very unprofessional. They are long time in company and treat juniors badly, sometimes use bad language and threaten. Too much office politics, favoritism, and not helping team members. They are very selfish, and if we don’t do anything favourable to them they treat us badly. Some HR also their friends and act favourable to them. Workload always high, no proper guidance, and even if we want to move to other team they threaten and play politics. One team member also fell ill recently due to their pressure.
