Cons

50% overtime percentage required over 2 years. Alot of chemicals. If you have a medical issue they don't take points off.

Too much processes compared to the work itself, the manager is unapproachable, babarahin ka lagi, low salary, lay off is too fast if the clients decide to cut down the number of employees.
