      Pros

      The office is a relaxed environment, there are only few times that you will be very busy in some months. Free 1 meal, unli coffee, clothing allowance, medical reimbursement, and transportation allowance. There's 14 th month pay every year and salary increase if you have good performance. One of my coworkers stayed for 10 years now, and every year she received 14th month except 2020 because of the COVID. Bosses are approachable.

      No Internet allowance for WFH employees, can't adopt easily to changes.
