Pros
My facility tries to maintain the small family feel that we were before RRD acquisition. My boss allows me the freedom in my everyday dealings and if I feel he starts to micromanage I'm able to tell him and he backs down.
Cons
As a manager I have little control over my employees. Reviews mean nothing and I have no way to give them incentives. They've never given any more than 1% raises. There is no 401K match and the insurance has increased almost 30% every year. The company has no direction and support since its had multiple purchases, sells and rebranding.
