Pros

I have 10 + years experience in FA. I never seen this type of company in my career. For employee hold back they created agreement and black mailing them. If employe likes or dislikes the job have to do that's it. No employee freedom, don't have right to leave RRD. Please ignore this company for your career growth. I have faced personally this problem while exit. I never comeback to this company, never refer to anyone . Worst company.

Cons

No cab facility, poor food quality. No efficient management. Poor HR maintenance. This company running against govt policy and no one taking action. Employe bond is against Indian labour act, but RRD doing this same. Personally faced many problem. My suggestion is don't join in this company for your better future. Work and training is worthless. No support also.

Pros

Decent pay, plenty of opportunities for overtime. Pretty much have to sleep on the job or show up intoxicated in order to get fired.

Cons

Who you know, not what you know is key to advancing your career here. Management has a hard time wrangling toxic personalities. It is known they have a toxic personality on their hands, but could care less because they are "high output" or don't want to go through the process of re-hiring and training a replacement hire. High-school level drama is in abundance. Many "cliques" that were not friendly to outsiders and newcomers. Overall low morale which bred high turnover. It was common for those in production to be working 10+ days in a row due to overtime requirements.
