Ability to learn many different roles/ jobs within different departments. In a customer service type role, having direct contact with many different people at multiple companies. Great co-workers!

Cons

Lots of strange drama. Definite disconnect between those in the office and those in the warehouse, both seemed to think they were better than the other? Being an "office person" I felt like people in the warehouse wouldn't talk to me or try to get to know me. Everyone is very close, knows each other outside of the office, and would stir up the strange drama (ie. talking behind peoples backs, starting rumors). A lot like high school, to be honest.
