Pros

It was a great department to work with. Although we were part of a large corporation, our group approached jobs as a unified team and we worked well together. We took great pride in our work and the Supervisor had our best interests in mind.

Cons

Large corporation that doesn't really know (or possibly appreciate) their employees "at the bottom" who are the backbone of the company. We're just a number.
