      Remote, flexible with appointments, hires older people

      Cons

      Overworks you, no boundaries, lacks diversity, over promises delivery to impress the client while overworking staff way pass 40 hours a week. Acts like they are progressive, but aren’t and in fact promotes a racial discrimination atmosphere. Promotes people based on who they like and not on merit or skillset.
