Pay is good, and the job isn't that bad

Cons

management sucks from top to bottom, my supervisors want work with anyone in are department, but the other ones will???, so big on safety but want pay to fix all the safety hazards, work to home time sucks, knowing when an how long you have to work is out of the question.
