Good team cohesion, friendly, supportive co workers, well organized, social environment, there is a genuine effort to make things better, good work-life balance. Seems like there is opportunity to move around and transfer.

Cons

Seems to be a lot of training, red tape - it seems to take IT forever at the corporate level to get something resolved, short breaks, average pay.
