Pros

There are none There are none and oh... There are none If you plan to work here wait to be hired through a temp agencies. They will get you paid more for about year

Cons

- Dehumanizing floor workers (mandatory overtime, unclean working conditions, 20 minute break for a 9 hour shift) - Gossip 24/7...you'd sometimes forget almost all the people that work here are over 30 - Everyone is related to one another somehow so your chances at elevating are slim if you aren't family - Very low pay for the time in your day they take up. Either doing strenuous labor or having you stand there doing absolutely nothing - No respect between departments. Lot's of pointless jabs at one another or unwillingness to communicate for works sake - Management will not hesitate to exploit you at every opportunity - The body aches! A lot of your time at home will be spent tending to muscle pain. Especially if you are older or have certain health concerns - Short notice on over time but you are expected to make it... unless of course you are someone like a machine operator. It's harder to replace them so management lets them get away with a lot. Certain operators and their select friends are the only ones I've seen leave early while everyone else gets penalized for clocking out 2 minutes early or even waiting to clock out after everything is cleaned up - micromanage micromanage micromanage down to the very last second

Pros

Did not force their mostly-minority staff to vaccinate during the Covid 19 outbreak Management is flexible with work schedules and working from home is a possibility, regardless of how it impedes communication

Cons

•Salaries are low-balled unless you are related by blood to the HR manager or other inner-circle employees, in that case you are paid more than other staffers who have decades more experience and better skills in similar positions. • FMLA is out of control, given to favorites of the HR manager without regard for the burden it puts on the production process and other employees.
