Pros
I will say that the variety of schedules is helpful.
Cons
It's a means to an end but I would not stay here long term. I have given them more time than they deserve but they do not provide raises nor bonuses and always have some excuse as to why. They could also do better with the amount of vacation and sick time given. They allow the clients to be verbally abusive with no consequence.
