Pros

Great mid level management. Full time working from home.

Cons

the pay is terrible, I've been there 10 years and received an annual raise of 1%. They were nice this year and gave me 4%. If you're looking for a living wage, this ain't the company for ya

Pros

Decent pay, plenty of opportunities for overtime. Pretty much have to sleep on the job or show up intoxicated in order to get fired.

Cons

Who you know, not what you know is key to advancing your career here. Management has a hard time wrangling toxic personalities. It is known they have a toxic personality on their hands, but could care less because they are "high output" or don't want to go through the process of re-hiring and training a replacement hire. High-school level drama is in abundance. Many "cliques" that were not friendly to outsiders and newcomers. Overall low morale which bred high turnover. It was common for those in production to be working 10+ days in a row due to overtime requirements.
