Did not force their mostly-minority staff to vaccinate during the Covid 19 outbreak Management is flexible with work schedules and working from home is a possibility, regardless of how it impedes communication

Cons

•Salaries are low-balled unless you are related by blood to the HR manager or other inner-circle employees, in that case you are paid more than other staffers who have decades more experience and better skills in similar positions. • FMLA is out of control, given to favorites of the HR manager without regard for the burden it puts on the production process and other employees.

Pros

The pay is good, especially if it's your first role in document production for law firms, as it is for most who work there. The culture is acceptable and management also performs well.

Cons

Not really a reason for the work to be on a hybrid remote/on-site schedule. The work can easily all be done remotely, though it is my understanding that is a matter decided by management of the law firms contracted with, and not necessarily RRD.

Cons

Low pay, understaffed, poor upper leadership. Projects are often expected to be "pushed" to the business by low ranking IT when it should be embraced by leadership and introduced to the business at the higher levels so that IT doesn't need to fight with the business to adapt to the new tech. Lack of staff and projects fall behind? Leadership says, "You're just not trying hard enough."
