Low pay, long hours, culturally suffocating. Employees are expected to bend over backwards to satisfy customer demands and grow the business, but are not rewarded for their efforts internally. Encouraged to work through holidays and weekends, management embraces a closed door "what's in it for me" communication style. Bad benefit options, 2 week vacation, no 401k match. The company is doing it's best to survive in a dying industry and making poor financial decisions along the way.

I work with RRD’s remote on client site team. When you are onsite it’s like you are NOT a part of the RRD company. Work as a solo team. Not much corporate support or communication. Benefits are not good. It’s like a sweatshop workhorse environment. The extra work and time you do is NOT acknowledge or appreciate. On the contrary it’s expected. You can’t take a vacation day without having to log in to check in your work. It’s a bad culture.
