Very little ability to move roles and grow. Corp is very slow moving to approve promotions. 1% merit increases across the board offered zero incentives. Management not moving on underperforming employees contributes to low morale for harder working employees. Ceiling for salary not based on skillset but based on prior years of work experience even when skillset far surpasses others in similar roles but with higher salary and less responsibility. Benefits package sucks, high insurance, no retirement match.
